philosophy
You are an expert for yourself and your topics. I don't know better than you, but I support you in developing solutions and new paths that are right for you, using what you already bring with you.
The collaboration between you and me takes place on an equal footing - processes are designed transparently.
Your autonomy is both part and goal of our cooperation. My goal is not to make myself indispensable, but rather superfluous.
I see supporting people in finding a good path for themselves and with others in their professional and private lives as a calling, as a service to the individual and to society - which is why the well-being of those who entrust themselves to me always comes first.
The systemic approach forms the theoretical foundation of my professional actions.
