One of the lowest-threshold options for receiving uncomplicated support is collaboration over the telephone - from anywhere, often possible at short notice, even completely anonymous if desired. <\/p>

From many years of experience with telephone counseling for EAP clients, I know how crucial it can be for people to receive prompt psychological support, especially in the event of acute crises. <\/p>

Regardless of what the content is about, a short conversation can often help to regain a certain stability and regain hope. From there, you can plan further steps together if necessary.<\/p>

Anyone who would like to remain in the telephone setting permanently can do so as well. Some clients report that the less they see of the other person, the easier it is for them to immerse themselves in their inner world. <\/p>

Sometimes the safe distance felt over the phone can make it possible to confide in one another about personal topics in general or to address particularly difficult content.<\/p>
